Two young brown belts earned
their junior black belts this day. Eight of Sensei's prior black belt
students came out to show their suport and
test the juniors, much to the delight of all the students.. Many other students also advanced their belts
today, all one step closer to their own black belts.

This kata
is an original kata created by a Master of Isshinryu karate, Master Shimabuku. He named it Sunsu,
which means "strong man". It is very difficult to perform
with any degree of strength, speed and accuracy. — at
